Chesterfield Services, Inc., founded in 1996, and serving the State of Washington, is a licensed home health care company that provides a comprehensive and integrated system of home health care and other services that are easily accessible, community centered and culturally relative. Our agency understands the many financial situations of our clientele. As such, we work with a variety of insurances and state programs to ensure that your care is affordable.

We are local
Chesterfield offers the unique benefit of dealing directly with your supporting staff. Our offices are located within the communities they serve and work one-on-one with our clients and caregivers. There is no call center to reroute through and no automated system – clients and families deal with real people every time.

Where Do We Serve?

IN THE HOME

Our caregivers offer compassionate assistance with a variety of activities of daily living including such services as: housework, meal preparation, laundry and bathing assistance as well as many, many others. Chesterfield will work individually with caregivers and clients alike to find care solutions that are respectful, effective and personalized to an individual’s life, family and culture.

OUTSIDE THE HOME

Chesterfield caregivers are also able to offer assistance with activities outside the home, such as grocery shopping, prescription pick-up and medical visits. You do not need to move into an institution to continue with your life uninterrupted. You will receive individualized assistance with the activities of daily life to help you maintain your health, safety and independence.

IN THE COMMUNITY

Through our partnership with the Department of Developmental Disabilities, our team is also able to assist with community integration by working hand-in-hand with our clients, their family members, doctors, and other supports to make sure we understand the complete picture of each client’s care needs and can help them achieve their personal goals within their communities.

OUR CARE TEAM

Chesterfield’s greatest strength is our caregivers. As such, we work closely with our team of caregivers and other support staff to ensure that we are achieving the highest standards of care. Our team members are carefully screened and specially trained in long-term care management and receive hands-on support from our local offices to meet or exceed all statutory requirements. We also support the wonderful diversity of our communities and work with our caregivers to ensure that our care is respectful and accommodating of a wide variety of cultures, languages, and lifestyles.

Chesterfield Pharmacy provides services you can trust. We work hard to ensure prompt, accurate filling of prescriptions and durable medical equipment for every one of our clients as part of our person-centered approach to care. Our pharmacists are happy to consult with our clients individually to ensure that our service meets their specific needs.
