Our History
Founded in 1996, Chesterfield Services Inc. is a licensed home health care company provider serving Washignton State. We provide integrated care services to people at many different stages of life and facing different challenges. These services are funded through COPES (Community Options Program Entry System), MPC (Medicaid Personal Care), and In-Home Respite. We also welcome privately paid care contracts, in addition to state funded care, and are happy to work with you to find alternative funding arrangements.
From its beginning as a humble one-client agency Chesterfield has recorded phenomenal growth. We now provide qualified and experienced home care aides to thousands of our clients.
As a vendor of long term health care services Chesterfield strives to meet the physical and emotional needs of its clients with a team of well trained and motivated caregivers who bring commitment and positive attitudes. They are able to respond to the expectations of our clients by following the company's motto: "Never take your eyes away from client's care".
This motto has been translated into action through commitment to excellence in the quality of care administered with professionalism, respect and dignity.

Chesterfield offers a unified care system that helps with our clients cope with the tasks of daily life, and provides skilled nursing and pharmeceutical services and supplies as needed. In its day –to-day operations, Chesterfield offers comprehensive home care services that support and protect the dignity and well being of our clients. Our experience allows us to unravel the complexities of care and transform these into quality solutions that reflect the individual needs of each client.

Community Outreach Program
Another way in which Chesterfield enhances the quality of life is through our participation in various community-based social programs.
Chesterfield actively promotes outreach programs that seek to provide comprehensive care services that address the needs of multicultural and multi-lingual environments.
We are proud to have helped immigrant employees and their families in obtaining immigrant services and solutions to housing problems; and, by networking with religious organizations and other cultural groups, we have helped many immigrants seeking employment.
Since July 2006, we have been involved jointly with the Washington Department of Health in the administration of a research grant for a project which seeks to establish a "snapshot" view of the status of the general health of Washington State residents.
Chesterfield is committed to the delivery of culturally responsive in-home long-term care, which we believe has not been given the attention it deserves.
Chesterfield Social Service Supportive Program
Chesterfield works hand-in-hand with our clients, their family members, doctors, mental-health therapists, nurses, guardians, housing managers, social workers, and case managers to make sure we understand the complete picture of each client's care needs. By being actively involved in our clients' daily activities, we have an opportunity to help overcome barriers and make sure they receive care and support that allows them to get the most out of their lives. And that's what makes Chesterfield unique!
